Kevin Laibson is a director, producer, and educator working across live performance, AI, and immersive technology. His work has been seen in theaters, international media festivals, art galleries, and digital platforms, where he merges computational innovation with live performance to push the boundaries of audience experience and catharsis. Formerly artistic director of several performance venues in New York, Kevin is currently the Senior Experience Director at Agile Lens, where in 2025 he will be co-leading a research fellowship with the RSC and XR Network+ to prototype virtual rehearsal tools. His work has received grants from the NYC Dept of Cultural Affairs and chashama. He has given talks and workshops at SXSW, CUNY, and other institutions and has presented papers at IEEE-GEM and SIGGRAPH on XR and AI-driven storytelling. Kevin teaches improvisation at NYU and the Atlantic Theatre Acting School, where he works with emerging artists investigating adaptive performance.
