Panel Discussion

Butterflies in the stomach, frozen with fear, a stiff upper lip—our bodies constantly feel and express emotions that words often struggle to convey. This panel explores the field of interoceptive awareness—our ability to sense internal bodily sensations—can be enhanced through creativity and movement. By visualising and moving with our emotions in creative and digital contexts, how can we transform the way we perceive ourselves and connect with others? Explore how pioneering approaches are making invisible, embodied experiences visible, and how they are opening new avenues for understanding and communicating our inner lives, across public engagement, healthcare and research.
